Counts are read from the corpus when this page is served, so they are current as of your visit rather than as of whenever this text was written.
Each project carries its title, the competition and year it was entered in, the category it was judged in, any awards it won, its abstract, and a link to the original listing. Where the source published images, videos or a full report, those are on the project page too. What is deliberately not republished: nothing is mirrored that the fair did not already put in public, and preview cards carry no student photographs.

Describe an idea in a sentence and the archive returns the projects closest to it, including ones that never use your words. "Cheap way to spot lead in drinking water" finds colorimetric assays and electrochemical sensors alike, because the match is on what the projects are about rather than which terms they happen to contain. What it is not
It is not a list of project ideas, and it is not the scientific literature. It is an archive of what students entered at four competitions. A gap here means nobody at these fairs, in these years entered something like it — which is useful, and is not the same as nobody having done it.
