What gum will last!

Bennett: I think the hubba bubba will last longest because with my experience with hubba bubba it has lasted almost ten minutes so I think it will last the longest.

Sully : i think that a mint gum will last the longest because with my experiences mint always last 30 minutes and i also think mint will have a one up..

To get started right away we dove into a website called supplyme.com (click this to go to it) and then we got our idea right away. We also have a lot of experience with gum in general we have both chewed lots of gum before so i think we can both tell when it is out of flavor.

First we will both choose a gum flavor/brand then we will get the stopwatch ready then we will start is as soon as we start chewing the gum. Then once both of our gum has lost its flavor we will go onto on of our computers and write our conclusiuon/observations in our logbook.

1. The hubba bubba max lasted 7.18

5. Dentyne ice peppermint lasted around average at 3.82.

6. Mentos lasted below average at 1.57.

7. Trident orange lasted just a little below average at 3.29.

8. Big league chew lasted a little below average at 3.17.

9. 5 gum lasted below average at 1.20c

2. Juicy fruit last the shortest with 1.05

3. The sperement excel lasted 3.49.

4.bubble mint lasted below average at 2.21.

The conclusion we have found is that the hubba bubba lasted the longest at 7.18 and the juicy fruit lasted the shortest at 1.05.

The hubba bubba max won the competition with having a time of 7.18.

Sully's hypothesis was wrong mint did not last the longest and mints highest time was 3.82 resulting in it coming in second.

Bennetts hypothesis was kind of correct because he thought it would last an hour but it only lasted seven minutes, meaning he was only half correct.

You could use this information to find out more about gum and how long it last with the touch of seeing which is worth your money

One thing we realized we could have done better was getting more gum flavours so we could do more experiments.
