Plant auto watering system

Many gardeners like my friends have problems taking care of their plants and the main the reason i noticed that is that they dont know when and how much water to give to the plants. With my plant watering system that always checks soil moisture that might not be a problem for long.

My question is, "can auto watering systems maintain plants water better than the average human" my hypothosis is yes my auto watering system can maintain it better that the average human since it would be able to read the soil moisture level and tip in an amount of water on it's own.

For now im just waiting and recieving the things i need for my auto plant watering system which i use my microbit for but mean while i have been noticing that my code had some errors and i will be trying to fix those problems and i have been doing some tests with my prototype which can only mesure soil moisture and so far it's going according to plan.
