Music makes us inspired, sad, angry, happy and nostalgic And there are really good reasons to listen to music every day; listening to music gives us a lot of benefits that we can take advantage of. Music is a universal art form that combines sound, rhythm, and melody to express emotion, shape culture, and influence the human brain. What is Music? Music is an art concerned with combining vocal or instrumental sounds for beauty of form or emotional expression, typically following cultural standards of rhythm, melody, and harmony. It spans simple folk songs to complex electronic compositions, and is present in virtually every human society, reflecting both creativity and cultural identity (Britannica). Music can be performed alone or in groups, and often intersects with dance, ritual, and drama, highlighting its social and emotional significance.
