What happens too after watching 5-7 hours of your device?

The problem is Is how The Screen Affects The Eye !… and I am trying too prove with an manginfiying glass that for the black and white school logo if u can see the screen bugs with the magnifying or the glasses which are different perspective of glasses.

the method will be like how does the screen affect our eyes? and do we see the screen bugs? so i will have an logo of our school like gobind sarvar school and i will ask if they see the screen bugs like those little dots and if u do see them that means that you used to them i will bring a pair of maginiflying glass and a pair of glasses and i will ask if u can see with normal eyes or with the maginfiying glass or the glasses!

There are many ways. Like an Ipad computer or a phone everything that has a screen where your eyes are constantly moving! And yes your eyes get damaged a lot if you watch your device all day everyday for 2 -4 hours so the conclusion is if you watch your screeen to much the purpose is more like if you wathc screen bugs .
