Tornado model
CYSF · 2026
Overview
Its like a model but it also have a diagram explaining how it works
Problem
We are reaching tornados and how are they formed.this could help with stopping them as well.We are observing the mechanics of a tornado.some tornado types are rope cone hourglass wipe needle and more. There are also different levels of them known as ef 1-5.
Method
we will use cardboard pleiglass dry ice and more.we will use dry ice for the tornado. And we will make long gaps on each corner. on top will be a fan aswell with a bowl at the bottom.useing the dry ice and adding hot water.
Research
Are research is about tornados or looking at how they are formed. And how are different shapes formed and different levels of them.some different shapes are needle rope cone wedge and more.there are also different levels called ef ranging from 1 to 5.
Data
Tornadoes are formed when warmer air rises and the cooler sinks then the air near the ground starts spinning the air near the ground starts speeding up also creating a thunderstorm. The clash causes air to go horizontally which the storms upward swirling wind /updrafts then turn vertically creating a rotating funnel cloud. That stretches from the from the storm to the ground
** but also tornados can come in different shapes to rope or wedge and more.this is determined by a combination
Conclusion
We conclud that tornados are fast big and can make disaster.some are needle cone and more.and also bulb and hour glass.I like blue my and my name is David.I like pizza.
Citations
hello my name is David. I Am doing a tornado project.diffrent types are rope needle cone bulb.and hourglass cone and more. The levels are also called ef for tornados.
