Magnetic Bacteria: Experimental Study and Applications

Overview
Our project it's about the magnetotactic bacteria. We studied the structure of the bacteria, we made some theoretical models from the form of the bacteria. The biological part of the project is consisted by the study of the magnetotactic bacteria culture and the separation from the nutritive solution, the time of reaction and the absorbtion of violet crystal colourant to simulate the power to absorb polluants. We want to research the study in using the magnetosomes grown at the same age so that they can have the same dimenssions, to transport nanoparticles of medicine into the human body and using hypothermia to reduce or even distroy tumors.
