Just on Time

Overview

The most expensive good for a successful person is his time. But this time is being lost as a result of many reasons, including lost time choosing, asking and visiting institutes in order to make dates, confusion which happens while managing those appointments, difficulty of editing them, the risk of missing a date, and the lake of connectivity between the individuals and the institutes in order to make perfect schedules. After researching, collecting data and analyzing questionnaires’ results, I found out that the best way to solve this problem is to make an integrated system of mobile cross-platform applications which work online, have many special features allowing it serve individuals scheduling their appointments, searching, comparing and finding the best institute to visit, asking and answering their questions, setting a date, editing or deleting it, and taking advantage of GPS to check in and save time by entering earlier than scheduled by using an intelligent management algorithm. Also, the system includes an application designed for large screens to be used by institutes’ management, it helps managing guests entry in a way saves time without mistakes. Beside, answering customers’ questions, reviewing their appointments, and some extra features. “Just On Time!” Is special because of its new useful features, it connects the individual with multiple institutes within the same application. Too, it connects the institute with its multiple guests, and manages them. More interesting, it is intelligent, all automatic, and it is all coded by me!
