In silico Study of Ana Lymphoma Kinase Implicated in Neuroblastoma
ISEF · 2016
Overview
The purpose of my project is to understand how mutations in the amino acid sequences of ALK kinase leads to the progression of Neuro- blastoma. The main phase of the project involves myself engineering the desired mutations which in total was seventeen. We then compared the mutants to the wild type and specifically looked at Hydrogen bonds percentages and differences in structures.
