How do different types of shampoo affect synthetic wigs?

We think that the shampoos will start breaking parts of the wig.It might start to clump up.Its also might start to have mini strands to fall.

Alkaline shampoo have a higher pH level,which can significantly affect synthetic wigs!By cuticle damage,color fading,loss moisture,durability,and etc!

The variables to this is called…Controlled variables!

Controlled variables mean that these are the factors that are kept the same throughout the experiment to ensure that any changes in the dependent variables are solely due to the manipulation of of the variables!

1. We gather up all of our materials to use.

2. Second we fill the clear bowl with warm and mixed cold water.

3. Third we open the shampoo and rub it on to the blue and black wig.

4. Forth we dipped the wig into the warm and cold water and washed the wig 3 times.

5. Lastly we dried the the wig and brushed it.

Our observations were the physical changes,such as how the texture might be,or shine!Also durability.the durability was pretty good as we say.Nothing crazy happened but only tangles and a little bit of hair loss!

Analysis is the process of examining,and breaking down information or data to gain insight,draw conclusions.there are 6 types of analysis.First,data examination.Second,comparative analysis.this analysis means which yield the best results.Just like ours!third statistical analysis.Forth is Drawing conclusions,etc!
